Press Conference Announcing Housing Not Handcuffs Act (In-person)

Big News: The Housing Not Handcuffs Act is coming to Congress!

In case you missed it, Representative Pramila Jayapal announced that she and Representative Maxwell Frost are introducing the Housing Not Handcuffs Act in Congress. National Homelessness Law Center (NHLC) partnered with her team, along with Southern Poverty Law Center and the American Civil Liberties Union, to put forth this legislation that will refocus attention on the real solutions to homelessness, like housing and support for all.
