The second draft of the Ann Arbor Comprehensive Land Use Plan is here! You can find it on the project page, alongside the first draft for comparison, the project timeline and engagement efforts.

The City’s Planning Commission is currently scheduled to review the second draft at its Tuesday, June 24, and Tuesday, July 1, meetings, both of which have been moved to start at 5:30 p.m. Meeting details, including agendas and zoom links, are available here.

As of now, there is one more draft to produce prior to the plan entering the 63-day review period, as required by the Michigan Planning Enabling Act.
