The Equal Access Rule ensures that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s housing programs are open to all eligible individuals and families, regardless of family composition, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status. Come join the National Alliance to End Homelessness staff to better understand the contents and necessity of the Equal Access Rule and to learn how you and your organization can make the case to preserve these universal protections.
