Virtual - zoom

Register here

What rights do young people have in shelters or other youth housing programs? Join National Homelessness Law Center’s Youth Staff Attorney John Salois and Tori Dempsey, Program Director, Youth & Family Advocacy Program at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, to learn about what rights youth have when being terminated or excluded from youth shelter and housing programs and how you can help make these programs and processes youth-centered and fair. NHLC will introduce their Practice Guide and discuss existing due process rights under several federal statutes.
