This is the first of two public meetings by the City of Ann Arbor to share information and receive feedback about rezoning approximately 200 parcels in West Stadium Boulevard area to TC1. The TC1 district is a high-density, mixed-use zoning district intended for parcels on and in walking distance to existing transit corridors.

Each meeting will provide an overview of the proposal and an opportunity to ask questions and/or share comments about this city-initiated rezoning. Visit a2gov.org/TC1RezoningStadium for more information.
